Developing a comprehensive 'go to' market strategy for Elevate
Elevate approached us with a clear mission: to build a brand that reflects their commitment to empowering apprentices and supporting employers and training providers. Our goal was to develop a tailored marketing strategy that not only launched Elevate successfully but would also position them as a credible and trusted leader in End Point Assessment.
About this project
Elevate EPA Ltd. (Elevate), an Ofqual-recognised End Point Assessment Organisation (EPAO), plays a pivotal role in the final stages of an apprentice’s journey, ensuring fairness, consistency, and quality throughout the assessment process. Managing Director, Melanie Feek approached us with a clear mission: to build a brand that reflects their commitment to empowering apprentices and supporting employers and training providers.
Our goal was to develop a tailored marketing strategy that not only launched Elevate successfully but would also position them as a credible and trusted leader in the Apprenticeship End Point Assessment sector.
The challenge
Elevate was a brand-new business seeking Ofqual recognition, which entailed a detailed marketing strategy being submitted as part of the application process.
This document needed to demonstrate that we would:
Build a cohesive brand identity
Establish a strong digital presence
Be informative to our clients – existing and new
Position Elevate as thought leaders in the EPAO industry
Given the competitive nature of the EPA landscape, it was essential to create a marketing strategy that would highlight Elevates’ unique value proposition while maintaining their focus on quality, innovation, and customer-centric service.
Following the process
Our work with Elevate involved a two-phased approach: Discovery & Strategy followed by Precision Execution.
1. Discovery & Strategy
In the discovery phase, we conducted a deep dive into Elevates’ target audience and how their challenges and goals would be met by Elevate. This step was critical to ensuring that our market positioning would align. We explored:
From this analysis, we developed a comprehensive marketing strategy that addressed key pain points, identified growth opportunities, and built on their core strengths. The strategy aimed to:
Enhance Elevates’ visibility within the Apprenticeship End Point Assessment sector.
Build credibility as a trustworthy and innovative EPAO.
Attract high-value clients through a combination of digital marketing, thought leadership, and personal branding.
2. Precision execution
With the strategy in place, we moved on to execution. Our marketing plan was designed to build Elevates’ digital presence, attract attention from key stakeholders, and foster engagement across multiple platforms.
Website development: We designed a sleek, professional website that reflected Elevates’ brand values and communicated their unique proposition clearly. The site is user-friendly, mobile-optimised, and structured to cater to the needs of apprentices, employers, and training providers. [Visit the website].
LinkedIn profiles: We developed and launched a LinkedIn business page for Elevate and revamped the personal profile of Melanie Feek, Elevates’ Founder and Managing Director. The profiles position both the business and Melanie as passionate supporters of the EPA process and in delivering positive outcomes for apprentices, helping to attract the right connections and drive traffic to the website.Â
Content marketing: We have developed a content marketing campaign plan that includes blog posts, case studies, and resources tailored to the interests of Elevates’ audience. This content will showcase their expertise and provided valuable insights to their stakeholders, helping build trust and authority.

Results
The culmination of this successful partnership can be observed via several key milestones achieved:
Website launch: The new website went live on 10 September, providing a clear, professional platform that communicates Elevates’ mission and services. Early feedback has been extremely positive, highlighting that the site is easy to navigate, is authentic and informative, and the overall presentation professional.
LinkedIn presence: Elevates’ LinkedIn business profile and Melanie Feeks' upgraded personal profile have started to build momentum, attracting interest from employers and training providers. These profiles are helping to position Elevate as a forward-thinking leader in the EPA sector.
Building brand visibility:Â The targeted content marketing campaigns have begun driving traffic to the website and social media platforms, establishing Elevate as a credible, innovative player in the End Point Assessment space.
Conclusion
By taking Elevate through a thorough discovery and strategic execution process, we helped them establish a solid foundation for their brand in a highly competitive sector. Through a well-crafted website, a thought leadership-driven LinkedIn presence, and precision-targeted content marketing, Elevate is now positioned to attract high-value clients and make a meaningful impact in the apprenticeship assessment landscape.
Elevates’ future: As their journey continues, we remain a partner in their growth, supporting their efforts to expand their reach and continue to provide a seamless, supportive experience for apprentices, employers, and training providers.
"As a new startup and a first-time Managing Director, working with LJE Marketing was a transformative experience. From the outset, they understood our vision and helped us create a website and brand identity that truly reflected who we are as a company. Having a brand that we can be proud of has been a crucial step in building not only our business identity but also my confidence and sense of ownership as a founder. It takes time to fully embrace your role and feel authentic in the direction you're steering your company, but having a polished, professional brand presence has accelerated that process for us. It’s been a key element in developing our credibility and authenticity in a competitive market". Melanie Feek, Founder and Managing Director
